The HenHouse Record Room is a vibrant, modern beer-drinking destination that has revitalized a much-needed space in downtown Novato. The project involved converting a 4,428-square-foot office building into a dynamic mixed-use space, now spanning 6,250 square feet. The ground floor features HenHouse Brewing’s commercial space, offering an inviting atmosphere for beer lovers, while the second floor houses three stylish residential units.

The project also provides five parking spaces, including a carport, along with landscaping, a trash enclosure, and bike racks. The 27-foot building height was maintained, seamlessly blending with the surrounding area and bringing new life to downtown Novato.
