FIRE REBUILD PROJECT SHOWCASE: AMBER RESIDENCE

A Summer retreat revitalized from wildfire devastation.

This residence was specifically designed to accommodate two families during their vacation, featuring two separate suites on different levels with a communal living, dining, and kitchen area in a pavilion. The property offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Healdsburg hills. However, due to the home's location on an open hillside, it is exposed to the risk of wildfire. Essential safety measures were taken to prevent further destruction.

Berrybrook Neighborhood

Neighborhood severely damaged by the 2017 Tubbs wildfire. Structural engineering and design was implemented in rebuilding the entire neighborhood.

Vintage Circle

Structural engineering and design for multiple properties that were damaged in the 2017 Tubbs wildfire.

Stonefield at Fountaingrove

Community that was damaged in the 2017 Tubbs wildfire. The efforts in rebuilding were focused on bringing new units up to code, incorporating Wildlife Urban Interface requirements, and increasing energy efficiency.
