The Humboldt Apartments, a five-story mixed-use midrise located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, was thoughtfully designed by Jon Worden Architects. The project seamlessly integrates ground-floor retail and office spaces with a private garage, alongside 52 rent-regulated affordable apartments offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. A beautifully designed elevated podium garden enhances the living experience for residents.

The building's north façade features a distinguished mural conceptualized by Jon Worden, taking inspiration from the iconic sculptures of Norwegian artist Gustav Vigeland, adding a dynamic and artistic element to the architectural design.
