The Humboldt Apartments, designed by Jon Worden Architects, is a five-story building located in the heart of Santa Rosa. It includes a mix of commercial and office space on the ground floor, a private garage, and 52 affordable apartments with various bedroom sizes, all of which have rent control. The building also features an elevated garden and a mural on the north side, which was created by Jon Worden and takes inspiration from the work of Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland.
