Transformation of an existing building into a vibrant space featuring a modern one-story administration/office building spanning 4,350 square feet. The building seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, with over 2,900 square feet of covered canopies and walkways. The structures showcase wood-framed detailing, complete with gang-nailed trusses supporting a plywood-sheathed roof.
The structure exudes warmth with its wooden walls, supported by concrete curbs. Our team opted for a non-structural slab-on-grade floor tied into a concrete spread footing foundation, grounded by compacted non-expansive engineered fill.
