Progress update on this private residence surrounded by oak trees. MKM’s scope includes structural engineering for the retaining walls, patios, and exterior structures at the front and rear of the residence. We also modified the existing roof to remodel the kitchen and provided a new opening for the folding doors that lead out to the patio space.
