MKM's scope includes the original retrofit of the building, creating an open environment with some of the building being exposed. Other structural changes include a new entrance through an existing window, repositioning of existing interior support columns for an open bar area, and the addition of more exterior on-grade deck space for visitors to enjoy the winery.
