Mayacamas Vineyard Estate & Cottage sits on top of the Napa mountain regions, with panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and mountainscapes. Our scope as structural engineers included the design and engineering for the estate’s latest addition - the Cottage. Featuring an elevated architectural design, the building consists of two floors, with the ground level serving as a lounge space, kitchen, and laundry room for guests. The upper floor is dedicated to hospitality spaces, with two guest suites mirrored in design.

Outside of the Cottage, the estate features a stunning wine-tasting center, with modern pergolas and guest entertainment areas. Expansive metal features and timber designs are used throughout to give guests a contemporary wine country feel.
